How does food logging work?
Snap a photo, scan a barcode or nutrition label, type it, or tell your coach. VitalYou estimates portions and nutrients. You review and adjust the result before anything is saved.
What can the AI Coach do?
Chat by typing or start a hands-free voice call. The coach can log meals, water and weight, plan your day, set reminders, record a dose or symptoms you tell it about, and open the right screen. It gives general wellness guidance, not medical advice.
Is my health information private?
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest and is never sold. AI features run only after you allow them, and you give separate consent for health data. You can export or delete your data from Menu → Your data. See our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Policy.
How much does it cost, and how do I cancel?
VitalYou Premium is $19.99 a month or $149.99 a year, billed by Apple or Google Play. Cancel any time in your store account's subscription settings at least 24 hours before renewal.
Is VitalYou on iPhone and Android?
VitalYou is available now on Google Play, and the iPhone app is coming soon to the App Store. One account works on both.
Is VitalYou medical advice?
No. VitalYou is a general-wellness app for adults 18+. It does not diagnose, treat or prescribe. Always confirm health decisions with your doctor, and call your local emergency number in an emergency.
